What problem does it solve?

This Skill provides programmatic access to Unreal animation sequences, enabling you to query, inspect, and author animations via Python without manual editor steps.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Discover animation sequences for a given skeleton and inspect metadata such as duration, frame rate, and bone tracks.
  • Create new animations from reference poses or custom bone tracks, and read/write keyframes, curves, notifies, and sync markers.
  • Automate common animation workflows (pose extraction, batch edits, and export/import) in CI or tooling pipelines.

Quick Start

Use AnimSequenceService to list animations for a skeleton, then create a static pose animation from a reference pose and save it to disk.
