Quick Start

Follow these steps to bootstrap the Android Fastlane setup:

  • Install Ruby 2.7+ and Bundler.
  • Create a Gemfile including fastlane and screengrab and run bundle install.
  • Create fastlane/Appfile and configure the Play Store service account and package name.
  • Create fastlane/Fastfile with deployment lanes (build, screenshots, and publish flows).
  • Create fastlane/Screengrabfile to configure screenshot automation.
  • Run bundle exec fastlane lanes to verify available lanes.
