What problem does it solve?

Prevents premature or low-quality pull requests by verifying implementer understanding, capability, and test evidence before PR creation, reducing rework and escalation overhead.

  • Structured Pre- and Post-Task Interviews: Send standardized questions to implementers, collect structured responses, and evaluate readiness against acceptance criteria.
  • Decision Outputs & Handoff: Produce explicit decisions (PROCEED / REVISE / APPROVED), update issue labels, and generate handoff notifications to the Integrator.
  • Escalation & Safety Paths: Use templated escalation messages to route design or immutable-requirement concerns to Architect or Manager and log exception handling steps.
  • Operational Steps & Templates: Includes operation documents for sending interviews, evaluating responses, sending PROCEED, and escalating design or requirement issues.

Quick Start

Send a pre-task interview to the implementer for issue #42, evaluate answers, and reply with PROCEED or REVISE.
