SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve? Businesses lack a systematic way to measure how their actual operations compare to proven operating models, leaving founders guessing which gaps most block their stated goal. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Ideal-State Construction: Selects and instantiates live Blueprint Experience Models and Building Blocks for one company and one goal, with an Experience-Designer confirmation lock. - Four-State Reconciliation: Sorts every job and KPI into Meets the line, Falls short, Missing, or Extra, including a scoreboard pass that checks whether bound tools can produce each model's KPIs. - Constraint-Ranked Punch-List: Ranks gaps by leverage to the goal using the Goldratt constraint lens and writes decided keep/fix/build/retire items to the Initiatives Board in the CRM. - Use Case: A founder says "run my tune-up"; the skill reads the goal from intake, builds the ideal from the model library, reconciles the company's real tools and workflows, and lands a ranked punch-list without drafting any deliverable. ## Quick Start Say "run my tune-up" or "run an alignment check" and provide your company goal and timeframe to start the reconciliation.

FAQPage Schema
How do I run a business alignment check against operating models?▼

Say "tune-up" or "run an alignment check" with one company goal and timeframe. The skill pulls live Blueprint models, reconciles your actual workflows against them, sorts every job into four states, and lands a ranked punch-list on the Initiatives Board.

How does the tune-up rank which business gaps to fix first?▼

Gaps are ranked by leverage to the stated goal using the Goldratt constraint lens, not alphabetically. A broken or missing decision gate ranks at or near number one because it throttles every job downstream of it.

Does the tune-up require my company's tools to be connected?▼

Only the reconcile half (Steps 3-4.5) needs connected tools, since it reads real data through Blueprint's do_action. The build half (Steps 1-2) runs connector-less from the CEO audit and intake, and can pre-seed the Board before any connector exists.

Will the tune-up build or draft deliverables automatically?▼

No. The engine stops at the decided punch-list of keep, fix, build, and retire decisions. Drafting or building any deliverable is a separate action that only happens when the owner explicitly asks.

What happens when no model fits part of my business?▼

The skill names the gap and routes it to adjudication rather than force-fitting the closest model. The same rule applies to missing advisor lenses, which are flagged openly instead of faked by a generic advisor.

When should I not use the tune-up skill?▼

Skip it for pure conversation or quick one-off questions about a single workflow. It is the full company-versus-models reconciliation; use the Call Guide for prepping one call or the Call Debrief for processing one afterward.
