What problem does it solve?
Automates a disciplined, multi-phase loop to refine artifacts through repeated iterations, enforcing clear contracts and persistent state to reduce manual trial-and-error and improve output quality.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Enforces a six-phase cycle: PLAN, PRODUCE, PREPARE, EVALUATE, CRITIQUE, and REFINE to guide every iteration.
- Supports parallel execution for PRODUCE and PREPARE, and parallel evaluation of checks via the Task tool, speeding up iterations.
- Keeps persistent state across sessions with a standardized storage layout (e.g., .ai-factory/evolution) and per-iteration history to enable resume and auditing.
- Interactive setup workflow to generate and confirm evaluation criteria and max iterations before starting, ensuring guardrails.
Quick Start
Start a new reflex loop by providing a task prompt to the system, for example '/aif-loop new <your task prompt>'.
