What problem does it solve?

This Skill contains Kelvin Garr's personal AICA brand identity and implementation framework. Use this skill ONLY when building Kelvin's personal brand projects to ensure a fixed visual identity (black glass + gold circuits) and Next.js 14 implementation guidance. For client work with AICA branding, use design-guide-updated instead.
