What problem does it solve?
Coordinating multiple repos and shared skills is tedious; this Skill bootstraps a Codex workspace by creating a centralized .agents/skills folder, generating workspace- and repository-level AGENTS.md templates, and supporting polyrepo workflows without overwriting existing docs.
