What problem does it solve?

Sends and receives messages with peer agents on the local network. Use when messaging a peer, checking peer availability, coordinating shared work, or reviewing agent-comms logs.

  • 1:1 peer messaging over LAN direct or via the P2P SDK with end-to-end encryption.
  • Status checks and lightweight logs for peer availability and messaging history.
  • Coordination and quick questions between agents; integration with the A2A network for group messaging is handled by the a2a-network skill.

Quick Start

Install or enable the agent-comms skill and test by sending a message to a peer with /agent-comms send peer-name "Hello".
