Structure a 60-minute session with an introduction, baseline questions, three task scenarios with defined success criteria, and a post-test interview. Collect quantitative metrics like completion rates and time on task alongside qualitative observations and quotes.

A persona should cover demographics, behavioral patterns, goals, pain points, motivations, and context of use, all grounded in research evidence. Include direct quotes from interviews and cite the data sources such as interview counts and survey responses.

Use qualitative methods like interviews and usability tests to understand why users behave a certain way and uncover pain points. Use quantitative methods like surveys and analytics to measure how often behaviors occur and validate findings at scale.

The Skill produces research frameworks and templates but cannot conduct actual interviews, observe real users, or collect live behavioral data. Human researchers must still recruit participants, run sessions, and validate findings against real user evidence.
