This Skill automates the creation of professional, client-facing quotations directly from estimation data, streamlining the sales and proposal process.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Automated Pricing Calculation: Calculates costs based on hours, day rates (flat or per-role), and rounds days up to the nearest half-day.
  • PDF Quotation Generation: Creates a clean, structured PDF document of the quotation using md-to-pdf.
  • Email Delivery: Sends the generated PDF quotation to the client via email using the af-email-sending-expertise skill.
  • Use Case: After a discovery phase, when a client asks for pricing, this skill can take the Linear estimates, calculate the cost, generate a PDF quote, and email it to the client.

Quick Start

Use the af-quotation-expertise skill to generate a quote for the Linear issue AF-123, using a flat day rate of £600, and send it to client@example.com.
