SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve? Sales teams often lack a consolidated, evidence-backed view of a customer account scattered across Outlook, Teams, meetings, Planner, and SharePoint. This Skill compiles permission-trimmed internal evidence into a structured Account Evidence Brief with sources, dates, and clearly marked unknowns. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Evidence-Based Account Brief: Collects interactions, commitments, stakeholders, documents, and Planner tasks for a single named account, with every major claim tied to a source and date. - Timeline and Relationship Mapping: Builds an account timeline of decision-changing events and a stakeholder evidence map distinguishing confirmed roles from hypotheses. - Conflict and Freshness Handling: Presents conflicting versions side by side, marks stale data with observation dates, and labels missing evidence as unknown instead of guessing. - Use Case: Before a quarterly business review, ask for a research brief on Contoso to get confirmed commitments, stakeholder roles, risks, and three questions to validate with the customer. ## Quick Start Ask the assistant to research the account Contoso and summarize recent interactions, key stakeholders, and open commitments from the last 90 days.

FAQPage Schema
How do I research a customer account using Microsoft 365 data?▼

Provide a unique account name, domain, or account artifact and the Skill gathers interactions, meetings, people, documents, and Planner tasks across Microsoft 365 workloads. It outputs an evidence brief with sources, dates, confirmed facts, inferences, and unknowns.

What does an account evidence brief include?▼

The brief covers account identity, customer priorities, a timeline of significant interactions, a stakeholder map with relationship evidence, open commitments with owners and status, risks, reasonable inferences, research gaps, and up to three suggested confirmation questions.

Can this Skill do public market or competitor research?▼

No. It only researches internal Microsoft 365 evidence for a named account. Public industry or competitive research is explicitly out of scope and is handed off to a separate market-competitive-research skill.

What happens when account data conflicts or is outdated?▼

Conflicting versions are listed side by side with sources and dates rather than choosing one. Older data never overrides newer direct customer statements, and stale items are labeled with their last reliable observation date.

What happens when the account name is ambiguous or access is denied?▼

If the account cannot be uniquely identified, the Skill lists candidates and asks for selection without mixing evidence. When permissions are insufficient, it marks content as inaccessible and never guesses or bypasses access controls.
