Start by defining one main claim and an evidence sequence that fits the allotted time, then build an outline with action titles and visual intent per slide. Move secondary detail to backup slides and render the deck for visual inspection before presenting.

Use the sequence: research program, questions, contributions, chapter-by-chapter studies, cross-study synthesis, limitations, and future agenda. Keep a visible map so the committee always knows where each chapter fits in the overall argument.
