What problem does it solve? Executing an approved technical plan by hand requires constant human supervision: running tests, staging files, writing commits, and tracking progress. This Skill removes that bottleneck by implementing every phase of a plan.md file autonomously under a /goal session, with no human interaction at any point. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Autonomous phase execution: Delegates each phase's code changes to a subagent, then runs a fixed gate stack (plan success criteria, deliberate-break check, full test/lint/typecheck suite) before committing with Conventional Commits. - Progress as single source of truth: Flips Automated rows in the plan's ## Progress section, writes commit SHAs back into each row, and resumes from the first pending row after any stop. - Mismatch taxonomy and STOP protocol: Classifies plan-vs-codebase gaps as Minor (adapt) or Structural (halt with a structured STOP block), with a 2-attempt self-fix budget per failing gate. - Use Case: Point it at context/changes/<change-id>/plan.md in a headless run; it implements all phases, commits each on green, and ends with a run report listing pending Manual rows as a human checklist. ## Quick Start Run /goal with a completion condition followed by /10x-goal-implement <change-id> to autonomously implement all phases of the plan.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema
How do I run a technical plan autonomously with an AI coding assistant?▼

Set a /goal condition describing done criteria, then invoke /10x-goal-implement <change-id>. It resolves context/changes/<change-id>/plan.md, implements each phase via a subagent, runs quality gates, and commits each phase with Conventional Commits.

How does autonomous plan implementation handle failing tests?▼

Each failing gate gets at most 2 self-fix attempts, applied via a focused subagent or direct edit. A third failure triggers a structured STOP block with expected vs. found details and a resume command, halting without committing.

Can I run plan implementation headless without interaction?▼

Yes, invoke it headless with your AI coding assistant's -p flag, passing the /goal condition and /10x-goal-implement command plus allowed tools and acceptEdits permission mode. The skill never uses interactive question tools.

What happens when the codebase differs from the plan?▼

Mismatches are classified as Minor (moved files, renamed symbols) which are adapted and narrated, or Structural (missing dependencies, wrong architecture) which halt the run with a STOP block. Ambiguous cases default to structural.

Does it complete manual verification steps in the plan?▼

No. Rows under #### Manual in the Progress section are never flipped and never block commits. They are surfaced verbatim in each phase summary and in the final run report as a human checklist.
